ABOUT USShanghai Fangzhen Bag Co., Ltd. Established in 2008, while our history should trace back to bag processing factory from 1998, based in Hebei province. In 2008, we set up the office/showroom in Shanghai for more opportunity to support domestic and foreign customers. With more than 20 years OEM/ODM experience in bags. Now our factory total working&manufacturing areais over 11000 sqm-10 production lines and our present monthly output can reach 250,000 pcs. There are more than 200 employees in our factory at present. 60% workers with more than 5 years' experience and 30% with more than 7-10 years' experience. We have R&D team with 20 staffs who can make and develop sample in a short time. There are 30 online QC/QA and 5 general QC to control the quality, which enhances production techniques to minimize future defects.We scrutinize raw materials before mass production. QC inspections are conducted on materials cutting, sewing, assembly and packing. A final random inspection is performed before shipment.Our advantage is polyester/Nylon/oxford fabric bags/backpacks/luggages. Our products include, but not limited to, sport bag, school bag, tool bags, Medical bags, laptop backpacks, outdoor backpack etc. Custom design is welcome all the time.
